Enter your email address and password > Confirm if you are under 14 years old > Agree to the terms and conditions > Provide additional information. Once these steps are completed, your registration will be successful.
Alternatively, you can sign up using social login options such as Google or Apple.
Membership is restricted for individuals under the age of 14 in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You can verify your registered email address or reset your password through the following steps:
Email Address: Click the ‘Find Email Address’ button on the login page.
Password: Click the ‘Find Password’ button on the login page.
W.Card
W.Card (Winnie Card) is a membership issued by businesses using the Winnie service.
Businesses issue memberships that can be used for a specific period, number of times, or amount, at a discounted price set by the business.
Members can purchase these memberships, use them through the Winnie app, and manage their usage history.
[Types of Memberships]
- TICKET: Usage-based. One use is deducted per usage.
- WALLET: Amount-based. The amount used is deducted per transaction.
- PASS: Period-based. Services can be used for a predetermined duration.
Through the Winnie app, you can apply to purchase a W.Card from each business. After the payment is completed, either via bank transfer or in-person payment, and the business confirms the transaction, the purchase process is finalized.
[Process Steps]
- Go to the [Business Page].
- Select a W.Card.
- Click the “Purchase” button.
- Set the start date and choose the reward points to apply as a discount.
- Submit the purchase request.
- Complete the payment.
- Wait for confirmation from the business.
The details, handling policies, usage policies, and responsibilities for exchange, cancellation, and refunds of W.Cards are solely managed by the businesses that issue and operate the cards.
