Terms of Service (General Members)

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Yeowubie Interaction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users in using internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Winnie Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") operated by the Company. ※ These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc., unless contrary to its nature. Article 2 (Definitions) ① "Platform" refers to a virtual business place set up by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide services to users, and also refers to the business operator operating the "Platform." ② "User" refers to general members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") who access the "Platform" and use the services provided by the "Platform" in accordance with these Terms. ③ "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a general member on the "Platform" and can continuously use the free services for general members provided by the "Platform." ④ Vendor members (hereinafter referred to as "Vendors") are distinguished from "Members" (general members) and refer to organizations and individuals registered on the "Platform" who use paid vendor member services such as marketing and customer management. Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms) ① The "Platform" shall post this Terms and Conditions, company name and representative's name, business location address, phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, personal information manager, etc. on the initial service screen of the "Platform" so that users can easily know. ② The "Platform" may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Financial Transaction Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers. ③ When the "Platform" amends these Terms, the effective date and reasons for amendment shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the "Platform" from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date, along with the current Terms. However, if the Terms are changed unfavorably to users, at least 30 days' prior notice period shall be given. Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services) ① The "Platform" performs the following tasks: • Providing information about services provided to general members • Providing general member services • Other tasks determined by the "Platform" ② The "Platform" may change the contents of services to be provided by future contracts in case of changes in technical specifications of services. Article 5 (Suspension of Services) ① The "Platform" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in case of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or disconnection of communication. ② The "Platform" shall compensate for damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision for reasons in Paragraph 1, if the "Company's" intention or gross negligence is recognized. Article 6 (Membership Registration) ① Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the "Platform" and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms. ② The "Platform" registers users who apply for membership as members unless they fall under any of the following: • If the applicant has previously lost membership qualification under Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms • If the registration contains false, missing, or erroneous information • If registration as a member is deemed to significantly impede the "Platform's" technology Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification) ① Members may request withdrawal from the "Platform" at any time, and the "Platform" processes membership withdrawal after the user's service termination procedure. ② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the "Platform" may restrict or suspend membership: • If false information is registered at the time of application • If debts borne by the member in connection with using the "Platform" are not paid on time • If the member interferes with others' use of the "Platform" or steals information • If the member uses the "Platform" to act against laws, these Terms, or public order and morals Article 8 (Notification to Members) ① When the "Platform" notifies members, it may do so through the email address provided by the member to the "Platform." ② For notifications to unspecified multiple members, the "Platform" may substitute individual notification by posting on the "Platform" bulletin board for at least one week. Article 9 (Consent to Provide Personal Information) ① When the "Platform" needs to provide user personal information to a third party, it must inform the user and obtain consent regarding who receives the personal information, the purpose of use, items of personal information provided, and the retention and use period. Article 10 (Supply of Services) Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the supply period of services, the "Platform" takes necessary measures so that the user can use the services within 7 days from the date of membership registration. Article 11 (Personal Information Protection) ① The "Platform" collects the minimum personal information necessary for service provision when collecting user personal information. ② The "Platform" does not collect information necessary for purchase contract performance in advance during membership registration. ③ When the "Platform" collects and uses user personal information, it notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent. Article 12 (Obligations of the "Platform") ① The "Platform" shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide services and services continuously and stably as prescribed by these Terms. ② The "Platform" shall have a security system for protecting user personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use internet services. Article 13 (Obligations Regarding Member ID and Password) ① The responsibility for managing ID and password rests with the member. ② Members shall not allow third parties to use their ID and password. ③ If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the "Platform" and follow the "Platform's" guidance if any. Article 14 (User Obligations) Users shall not engage in the following acts: • Registering false information when applying or changing • Stealing others' information • Changing information posted on the "Platform" • Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than information set by the "Platform" • Infringing intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the "Platform" or third parties • Acts that damage the reputation of the "Platform" or third parties or interfere with their business • Publicly disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the "Platform" Article 15 (Relationship Between Linked and Linked Websites) ① When upper and lower websites are connected by hyperlink, the former is called the linking website and the latter is called the linked website. ② The linking website is not responsible for transactions made with users by goods independently provided by the linked website. Article 16 (Attribution and Restriction of Copyright) ① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the "Platform" belong to the "Platform." ② Users shall not use information obtained through the "Platform" that belongs to the "Platform's" intellectual property rights for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior approval of the "Platform." Article 17 (Dispute Resolution) ① The "Platform" installs and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages. ② The "Platform" prioritizes processing complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user is immediately notified of the reason and processing schedule. Article 18 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) ① Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the "Platform" and users shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing, or residence if there is no address. ② Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the "Platform" and users. Article 19 (Disclaimer) ① The "Platform" provides paid services for vendor members such as marketing and customer management, and free services for general members. Payment processing, withdrawal of subscription, cancellation, and disputes related to transactions of goods between vendors and members are the responsibility of the individual transaction parties. Therefore, the "Platform" is not involved in transactions between vendors and members and assumes no responsibility. ② Both the "Platform" and members are not responsible for non-compliance with Terms and damages caused by conditions beyond the parties' control, such as force majeure including natural disasters, labor issues, government measures, maintenance, replacement or breakdown of information and communication equipment, internet failures, and denial of service (DoS) attacks. Supplementary Provisions (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from November 1, 2024.
